Bogaert Consulting was founded in 2024 by Lawrence Bogaert, leveraging over 15 years of experience in international product development with Tier 1 companies in the consumer electronics industry. Lawrence has worked in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, China, and Thailand. It has long been his vision to bring this expertise to a wider range of companies seeking to implement the distributed product development model.

I seek solutions beyond today's standards and push myself and the team to do better and go further. I am used to working in a fast paced and demanding environment, and frequently travel within Asia to factories and development sites.
I hold a PhD degree in Engineering Sciences with majors in Photonics and am a certified Project Management Professional since 2015.
